Join us for our first Cash For Your Scrapbook Stash event. The event will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10am until 3pm at the Hampton Inn in Aurora. The hotel is located at 2423 Bushwood Drive, Aurora, IL, conveniently located off of I-88 & Orchard Road. If you would like to spend the night at the hotel on Friday, October 2nd, the hotel offers a “crafting rate”. Please contact the hotel directly at 630-907-2600 for rate information or to book a room. Be sure to ask for the “crafting rate”.
Crafters may rent a table for $35.00. Each table is 6 feet long and includes 1 chair. You will have ample isle space around your table for customers to shop. We ask that all sale items be on your table and not on the floor in front. Extra product may be stored under the table to replenish as you sell out. This is for safety reasons, to prevent accidental tripping. Crafters are responsible for handling their own payments and providing their own bags. We will not be able to provide payments services for any vendors. Crafters may split a table. We can provide 2 chairs if need be. Again, all product must fit on the table.
We ask that only scrapbooking/papercrafting products be sold. No other crafting materials are permitted at the sale.
Set up runs from 8:00am until 9:45 am. We will have a sign-up genius form as the date gets closer so everyone can select a 15-minute time frame to unload and move their car. The hotel will be in the check-out process, so luggage carts may be limited. Bringing your own wagon may be a wise choice to haul your product in.
